Public experiment registry · 21 July 2026
What we test.
Directions are cheap. This registry separates a direction from a fixture, a fixture from a physical proof, and a proof from a claim.
Active contracts
Evidence before adjectives.
The public layer tells you what is tested, the boundary of the test, the result we expect and the observation that would make us reject it. Private implementation details remain private.
THE LIVING ORGANISM
How do GLIDING, KATOYING, HIVE, Kaiman and the public membrane fit together without turning vision into evidence?
YOKAI
Can small bounded roles help real work without becoming one hidden super-agent or a row of identical workers?
HIVE AEGIS
Can a bounded local self-play cycle detect a weakness, build a reversible guard and survive the exact same attack?
KATOYING PLAY / SYMBIOSE
Can a human and a machine become one measurable player by receiving different parts of the same problem?
KATOYING TERNING
Can a native three-value model stay structurally useful after binary and half-bit variants have crossed the measured cliff?
ROASTING UNIT
Can failure, recovery and replay become a readable game loop for a robot living among very different humans?
HYBRID QUANTUM WORLDS
Can reduced-scale worlds and narrow quantum-classical probes beat a documented classical baseline after total cost is counted?
Measured here
A local run or artifact exists and the stated number comes from it.
Executable boundary
A local integration or pre-release artifact exists, but its wider physical claim is not yet proven.
Proof contract
The question and rejection criteria are visible, but the required benchmark has not run.
Kept visible
A failed direction stays in the record instead of disappearing from the story.
