Status before story.
A logical identity is not a running model. A deterministic fixture is not intelligence. A direction is not a result. The public map uses three visible states so the organism can remain ambitious without turning ambition into evidence.
Code or a local product exists, but the end-to-end circuit is not closed.
No behavior is presented as real until a falsifiable experiment survives.
Public anatomy
Different organs. Different jobs.
The system is designed to keep roles separable. No model, companion, bus or public page becomes the single authority of truth.
IDEAING / Saphan
A place to speak, explore and shape a question without needing to manage the machinery.
Kaiman / KroKro
Kaiman accompanies. KroKro is its explicit bite: refuse, contradict or quarantine when provenance and consent fail.
GLIDING
Append-only events, inquiries, explicit actors, bounded pilots and a minimal public membrane.
KATOYING
The internal mycelium wanders through traces and groups distant signals without declaring them true.
HIVE / Yokai
Logical identities and temporary execution slots explore several perspectives under limits and validation.
Wonder / Atlas / Laan
Only explicitly selected, redacted material can cross from private work into the public or community layer.

The figures below describe bounded software tests and deterministic orchestration artifacts. They are useful precisely because their limits stay attached.

The HIVE artifacts verify identity generation, partitioning, persistence and deterministic scheduling. At the largest recorded fixture, 4,096 logical participants / 64 slots reached approximately 7,263/s on Nova and 9,704/s on Nexus. This is not inference throughput, concurrent thought or collective intelligence.
Open circuits
The organism is not closed.
These missing links are kept visible. Closing one real circuit matters more than adding ten new names.

The conversational intake and the private truth plane exist separately. No end-to-end reviewed intake is claimed.
Retroactive reward
The unsupervised → connected → composted transition is a contract, not yet an executable reward engine.

Model-backed HIVE smoke
The deterministic bench passed historically. A tiny local-model run with provenance must pass before any cognitive swarm claim.
