NEGUM did not hide a product behind a countdown. It opened a world: a devil with a vision, a clown with patience, and a coconut inside the founding joke. After twenty-nine days of training, 8 April became Day Zero.

NEGUM was not a teaser for MUGEN. It held the philosophy, stories, economy, products, governance and identity of the world in public. Each door asked the same question from a different side: what changes when intelligence is allowed to grow with us?

GYOZA was earned through contribution, had to circulate, and lost meaning when hoarded. Data became an account; participation became value. Underneath sat a harder pact: you cannot buy someone who wants nothing.
FREE DID NOT MEAN CHARITY. IT MEANT THE VALUE RETURNED TO THE PEOPLE WHO MADE IT.
