The Foundry is not a metaphor. It is one compact, transportable body built in Thailand: three detachable container cells dock tightly together, one sealed transfer spine, robotic fabrication and local compute. The rented ground remains untouched. No person occupies the process volume during normal operation. Fixed arms hold precision; G1 EDU-scale humanoids reconfigure and recover; Go2 EDU-scale quadrupeds inspect the exterior and the ground interface. One human keeps the gate. The digital twin must pass before a design crosses into matter.
